Schedule appointments with it, distribute tasks to employees, plan fieldwork routes for individual people, and record the time they spend in the field, both automatically and manually.

In Odoo you can prepare your own workflows, prepare quotes and invoice your services directly from Odoo. All you need is any device connected to the internet. Nothing needs to be downloaded, just open a web browser. It can also be used to sell products, such as spare parts for repairs, etc. Everything is ready at the click of a button. Invoices can be sent electronically, the handover report can be signed directly in the app.

Helpdesk

Odoo Helpdesk has a friendly user interface for easy and efficient communication with customers. Work with individual tabs in a clear view. The customer service manager will have instant information online about who is how busy, how many cards are closed, in progress or who is still waiting for communication to start. Contact is already in the basic version via web interface, email and live chat, all covered by Odoo.

The system works with the data so that it is possible to use predefined answers to frequently asked questions, or templates or automatic answers. Odoo Helpdesk can be linked to a knowledge base, opinion videos or engage company experts in live chat.

Planning

Odoo Scheduling works with an advanced version of the Gantt chart, a bar chart that combines information about the schedule and individual tasks. It clearly displays what is to be done when and allows online editing of the displayed information and team tasks. It can be used to plan work shifts, book human and other resources for a specific project and organise everything in a user-friendly environment.

Give individual team members access and they will only see information that specifically applies to them in their personal portal. They will be able to apply for available shifts or assignments themselves, or change their availability information on any given day. Scheduling can be accessed not only from a computer, but also from a smartphone. This way, everyone will know in good time what tasks are waiting for them.

Meetings

The self-service booking system works even when you're not at work.
Manage your appointments online in Odoo and automate the confirmation of individual appointments. Your customers can suggest appointments directly to your calendar, just post a link to it on the web, on social media or in your email signature. The system simply shows you when you have time for an appointment.

Those interested in a meeting can choose with whom they want to meet, choose a date from those available and whether they want a personal or other meeting. Both parties will receive a confirmation email after it has been saved in the system. Each company representative can limit the time slot for the meeting to their working hours, and even differently for each day. The available date disappears from the calendar as soon as the meeting is confirmed, so you cannot have two meetings on the same date. Send customers a reminder of the appointment date so they don't forget. This avoids misunderstandings and gives customers a chance to reschedule if their schedule changes.
